Some sites provide catch-all aliases like @username.anonaddy.com, which are technically unlimited as anything before the @ will redirect to your forwarding address, but the alias contains a unique subdomain which may be linked to your identity. For more privacy, prefer shared aliases like [email protected] which are usually randomly generated for you and the domain is shared by all users of the site so it becomes harder to tie it to your identity.
